Welcome! As a Service Director, I pride myself on leading a team working hard to help people keep their cars running smoothly and safely. One of my favorite aspects of this job is the chance to learn something new every day. I bring more than 20 years of fixed ops experience to this position having advanced from service advisor to director where I’ve been for the past seven years. I’ve been recognized with a president’s award three years in a row and I am also a certified Honda service advisor. I'm originally from Clarksville, TN. My boyfriend has been a master diagnostic technician with Toyota for over 20 years, so you can say we're a perfect match! I'm also a proud mom to two daughters and a son. And I've been known to spoil my dog. His name is Sprocket! I look forward to serving you—whether that’s for routine repairs or something more complex.
