I have bought 3 cars from music city Honda. Each one of them when it comes time to service the technicians have wrote bring it back at 5,000 miles. She said I was way early and it shouldnt be done til 7,500 or so. So when the service was FINALLY done I noticed it still said 5,000 miles. Buying cars is a breeze there but when it comes to the service department here they are not on the same track as the technicians. Also, somehow the sales people and service people are on a different track of what cars get as well. I thankfully got that settled by a sales manager.
